I first purchased this book for my son and I to listen too. Now we both have to wait for the other, much to our chagrin, to be at the same place. Each of us trying to sneak a little ahead as we both are desperate to find out what will happen next. Nick Podehl is a brilliant narrator the only small laughing critic, his raven sound definitely needs a little work (lol) but love all these books and the narration. I believe my son has listened t the first book over 18 times.

This was a great 5th addition to the series and I cannot wait till the next one arrives. The story took on a couple of nice twists and the development of the characters continues to grow quote well. As the 1st book is the reason I joined Audible, I am certainly looking forward to the story continuing. 5 out of 5 mate, well done.

One of the biggest issues with the last two books was pacing. I’m happy to announce that it has been corrected in this book. It’s a brilliant addition to the series and really felt like several books in one. The narrator is perfect, as he has been for the entire series.

If you’re wondering whether you should continue after book 4, wonder no longer. This is definitely a must read. I hope this quality continues into book 6.
