All the words and phrases provided are from Comanda's personal knowledge of the language based on what she learnt growing up, and is by no means a full scope of the whole Asante Akan dialect. It is comprised, however, of many popular Twi words and phrases that are heard on a day to day basis in Asante Akan households and has been put together in various topics in order to assist Ghanaian non-Twi speakers and non-Ghanaians alike in becoming familiar and confident in reading and speaking Twi.
