Falling in love with Hypnosis

I brought this book after listening to a podcast from Grace Smith a couple of weeks ago and becoming intrigued about modern hypnosis. I am already halfway through this book and it is busting so many myths that I had about hypnosis. Learning her self-hypnosis techniques has already brought my stress levels right down and I am finding that I can use the short self-hypnosis scripts almost anywhere to regulate my stress and mind. This is a life changing book and I would recommend it to anyone!

Most valuable book 💗🌈

I have long suffered with OCD and anxiety. I also have multiple sclerosis. Grace Smith‘s book has truly changed my life by empowering me to overcome my mental health challenges. Most importantly it allowed me to achieve a higher level of happiness and peace in my life. I highly recommend, everyone in the world to read this book! Love Sophie xx

Grace is Amazing

I purchased the audio when I first began to delve deeper into Hypnosis. I love the sound of Grace's voice. The way the book is formatted makes it very easy to follow ie each chapter containing a little story as an example of the topic then moving into information and finally a small self-hypnosis. Right from the first chapter, Grace captures your attention and has you listening intently, right through the book. Only downfall for me is that I listen to Audios in the car so I had to forgo the end of each chapter until later times.

Likely invaluable for someone with sleep difficulties

Incredible for those with sleep issues, but not as recommended reading for her course. There is only a small handful of new info in here and could’ve been summarised in a pdf or lecture.
