This is the greatest book on fatloss because it is not a one style fts all approach. It is information and principles that you apply, tailor and tweak to your body type.
In 4 weeks I have lost 4kg of bodyfat (not weight but actually fat) while only losing 200 grams of lean body mass. I hated my shorts and pants struggling to fit and have already seen my waist shrink by 2.5 inches. This means I am halfway towards my main goal of losing 5 inches on my waist.
I love this manual and tell people who want to lose fat the right way to get this book. Therefore 5 stars all the way!

however, I think the body type section was pseudosciencey. The ectomorph/body type hypothesis (somatotypes) is not scientifically proven as a valid classification for metabolism, muscle growth, or fat loss. Modern research and expert consensus largely reject it as outdated and lacking evidence.
