Summary

A good quick read/listen but surprised me that it was written in 2019 as the potential relationship just felt a bit tone deaf. Very much a bloke's eye view but didn't mind the story

Annoyingly this was not all it was cracked up to be. The narration was good. The story weak and unbelievable at times.The police duo had feelings for each other right from the start. No development of that relationship. A blustering boss, a resentful colleague and idiotic policing.

Boring, obvious plot, cliché and stereotypes. I was waiting for some twist, any twist... I do not recommend this book.
