Excellent Breathing and Relaxation course
This is my favourite breathing and relaxation recording. It includes a series of sessions, each building on the last, with a concluding session of guidelines for future practice. Some you will have come across before, perhaps in your yoga or meditation practices. Several of those practices are drawn together here. In audio form it is wonderfully portable for when you are travelling, as well as for day to day use. Thank you for producing this. Enjoy.

Poor narration
The content was very interesting, however the narration was an irritating voice and the diction was poor, during the breathing exercises combined with annoying background music it became off putting and not at all relaxing. At times I couldn’t hear the narration over the irritating music, so I had to give up within an hour of the book which was a waste of a credit.
