But it’s the way she dishes out attitude from that pretty mouth of hers that has me wanting things I’ve sworn to myself I’d never want again. I should push her away, forget how her lips taste, and ignore how she makes me want more out of life again.
When her past shows up and mingles too closely with mine, her lies begin to unravel. The rules don’t matter anymore. I mess up, dig too far, and get too close. Only two things have the power to keep her safe now: bourbon and lies.

Pretty much perfect
I can’t think of anything I’d change with this one.
The characters were great, narrators perfect and the story held me the whole time. The background of the bourbon distillery was interesting and different. Spice was spicing too 🔥
Can’t wait for the bourbon boys story!

Great plot

Loved the story, the voices, the characters and the ways I can see this town expanding into more history in more books I want to know more about everyone!!!!

The narration was everything!!
Conor Crais, damn!!!! This was so well narrated. Samantha is always fabulous but Conor was absolutely incredible. The story was brilliant and I cannot wait to get into Lincoln and Ace’s stories.

Bourbon and lies!
absolutely loved the story, loved the narrators performance, the spicy scenes were delicious and the characters were awesome. I'm looking forward to reading the next books in this series and I'm impatiently waiting. Give me more!!

Honestly, the cover intrigued me
This was an impulse buy, I loved the cover, and was so glad it turned out to be more than just that. I liked the writing style and the characters were varied and fun, all brought to life by great narration. I look forward to more from this author

SO GOOD!!!

I absolutely devoured this book. She was spicy and dirty! I loved every single second! Plus the duet narration was absolutely perfection!
I loved Grant and Laney’s banter and their tension of the steamy variety was through the roof!
It was such a great story with an element of suspense! I feel in love with all the characters and excited to continue reading!

The book I didn’t know I needed
Absolutely loved this story. Bought this after listening to a sample after finishing another book, and I’m SO GLAD I did, I binge listened in a day.
Cannot fault a thing.
Great story line, very loveable characters, top notch voice acting.

Story line
This was a perfect love story with twists and turns the FMC and MMC are a perfect combination the voice actors really brought this book to life. 10/10 recommend!

Grant Foxx The Man That You Are
Ugh.
I love everything Samantha Brentmoor and Connor Crais have done.
They've both been favourites for ages, with Samantha as my favourite. But Connor Crais may have just cemented himself as my favourite male VA.
My god, Grant Foxx was perfect and I seriously cannot imagine any other voice for him.
Guys... he GROWLED.
Help.
