It should have warned you that it was a religious based book! Not the king of help I was looking fast as I'm not religious.

Very eye opening

I was captivated from the start! I usually get distracted and have to force myself to get through a book but with this, I felt like I was listening to my life. And hearing hope is huge! I’ve listened twice now and I will be purchasing a physical book as well.

Awful!!

Truly awful, sounds like someone has made it up as they go along, trying to meet a word count by repeating the words Binge Eating Disorder, again and again. The grammar and language makes me thing it must have been translated by a computer. Do not waste your money or credits.
