Defeat the Vrag. Save the princess. Become the Paladin.
After a mysterious elven princess transports ex-marine Cal Newhart to the mystical world of Telos, he'll have to rely on his wits and newfound strength to protect her and her two beautiful companions against the conquering Vrag army.
Along the way, he'll cultivate his abilities as he levels up his strength and magic. With a harem of spellcasters and warriors that would make Xena blush at his back, Cal will fulfill his destiny and become the paladin of legend.
Collected for the first time ever in this special omnibus edition, Becoming the Paladin will take you on an enchanting journey through a world of magic, danger, and love.
This story contains untraditional relationships, action, violence, and general badassery.

MC sounds like asthamatic with blocked nose.
My 2 major issues with the book & performance are the style of writing and the choice of Male voice.
The bloke is writen to be a service veteran, martial artist in fit physical condition. The voice actor sounds like his nose is blocked and a short stroll down a hallway from an asthma attack.
This is not to attack the voice actor however, as his punctuation and expresssion is great, unfortunately, he just does not sound like the character he is portraying.
The story is everything that you would expect of a Fantasy adventure harem novel in my opion but please use some more colourful writing than He/I She/They "SAID".
A scene described with characters captive and MC fighting a monster could be far more exciting than;
"Save us" Girl 1 said (try - Cried out!)
"we are here" girl 2 said (Howled in terror)
"cant you see the monster I'm fighting" I said (I called out in heaving breaths)
"be quick" girl 3 said. (Screamed in fear)
Suggestions for alternative to "said" in brackets.
The writers use of descriptive words on the other hand is superb I thought.
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
