This was a truly great story,with the best ever narration which made the you want to keep listening.. Found this hard to put down. A good storyline.

Was disappointed by the naration..male voices great but female voices were not good. They all sounded Blakey to me and unless they used the name you didn’t know who was talking.
I liked the story and the characters were interesting.

I was not disappointed in this story even though a tad gruesome at times… love the mixed plots & intrigue plus how Jack get himself into so so much trouble. Thanks for a great listen 🚐

I disliked the portrayal of Jack as a sex god and found Kate’s obsession with him very cringeworthy and pathetic. This plot was at least different from the other two in the series which were led by vigilantes seeking revenge.

Guessed the “baddie” and those associated with the murders. Unfortunately found this book utterly predictable and not up to the standard of her previous book, which I enjoyed.

If you’re looking for plot twists and surprises from the story and characters, don’t bother with this one!

I felt a little uncomfortable with this story. In a time when antisemitism is on the rise I felt distressed that the Jewish people were described in pretty dour terms.

There is a shadow over this book

It’s a good storyline but the police constantly sizing people up as potential partners ruined it. The lead detectives girlfriend gets her face cut off and then 3days later he’s chasing his trauma counsellor. Christ.
