The greatest promise of all is knowing you have eternal life.
With all the advancements in technology and medicine, the mortality rate is still 100%. Every person will one day close their eyes for a final time and face eternity.
For the Christian, there is no “hoping” for heaven. If you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation, you can know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have eternal life.
As a Christian, you can know you have eternal life because God has promised it in His word.
