About Zach Bailey:
Zach Bailey is a husband, father, coach, and educator whose life is rooted in faith, family, and community. A former athletic director at Maui Prep, Zach spent years in Hawaii leading student athletes to championships while learning the deeper meaning of aloha, honoring people, land, and the power of community. His time in Lahaina during the devastating Maui wildfires reshaped his perspective on resilience and gratitude, reinforcing his belief in living with intention and choosing joy even in the hardest seasons.
Now back in Nashville, Zach serves as a teacher and coach, carrying forward the lessons he learned on the island. He is passionate about helping young people build confidence, discipline, and belief in themselves, both on and off the court. Whether in the classroom, on the basketball court, or at home with his wife and two children, Zach is committed to living a life of purpose, leading with love, and inspiring others to do the same.
