About this listen

If you've been following me, you probably noticed I completely disappeared from all social media for 60 days without any explanation.

Today, I'm finally ready to share why. This isn't your typical "social media detox" story. This is about what happens when life hits you so hard that showing up online becomes impossible, and how I'm choosing authenticity over perfection moving forward.

What really happened:

❤️‍🩹 I was struggling with my mental health in ways I'd never experienced

🏥 I needed professional help and started therapy

😰 I was terrified of showing this "imperfect" side of myself

✨ I kept creating content during this time because creativity was my outlet

🎯 I realized hiding parts of myself was doing me a disservice

The truth is, I was so worried about people's opinions that I wasn't being fully authentic. But I'm done with that. From now on, I'm showing up as my whole self - the messy, real, human parts included.

What you can expect from me now:

- More honest conversations about mental health

- Content about things I genuinely care about

- Authentic storytelling, not just highlights

- Real talk about the ups and downs of life

If you're here for the perfectly curated version of me, this might not be the channel for you anymore. But if you want real, authentic conversations about life, mental health, creativity, and everything in between welcome to the new era.

Thank you for your patience and for being here. Your support means everything.
