今回お迎えしたのは、株式会社８８１(ヤバイ)代表取締役社長の平井孝彦さん。
大阪出身でテレビ番組「ガチンコ！ラーメン道」にて２期生として出演された後、佐野さんに弟子入り。
２００４年に地元大阪にてラーメン店を独立開業されましたが、現在は新しくエンタメ寿司屋の経営を手がけていらっしゃいます。
仕事への思いや今後どのような世の中を作っていきたいかなど、たっぷりお話してくださいました。
