Meet the guest: Dr. Daiwen Chen is a Professor of Animal Nutrition at Sichuan Agricultural University. He earned his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in animal nutrition, with international research experience at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. A former vice president of his university and past president of China’s Animal Nutrition Association, Dr. Chen focuses on feed formulation, sustainable alternatives, and swine production efficiency.
