About this listen

The final thrilling instalment of the Summer Haven trilogy.

Facing immanent invasion, can the remnants of a post-apocalyptic Earth defeat an army of slavers, who are impervious to modern weaponry? Can they trust the remaining Dark Ones who have been supposedly healed from their brain washing and indoctrination? Can the enemy of your enemy really become your friend?

The population of Earth had largely been exterminated in an attempt to wipe intelligent life from the planet, in preparation for occupation by an alien species. This is a record of how four cloned brothers led the defence of our planet, they were forced by circumstances to join forces with their mortal enemy to wage war on a superior and brutal invading force. Due to the melding of human and alien DNA, ancient abilities begin to wake in mankind which may prove to be their only hope. In Earth’s hour of desperation, arcane weapons are unleashed which perhaps should have remained in the past.

Raised as humans, four brothers received the shocking news that they were clones of an alien race and that this species was bent on humanity’s destruction. Called the Dark Ones, they are truly something to be feared. But it seems not all of them are evil. The brothers’ own father helped set up seven safe havens on Earth, though the siblings didn’t believe that all of the refuges would survive. Now, to everyone’s surprise and suspicion, a group appears in Sicily claiming to be from Denmark, one of the havens thought lost in a great battle. Joe is already wary of the band, but then he notices that one of the travellers bears a sign that he is a Dark One. It is Typhon, son of the Dark Ones’ leader and the very alien who was rumoured to have destroyed the Denmark refuge. Typhon claims to have seen the error of his ways during the battle and turned against his own people to defend the haven.
