Speckknödel und Brettljause vertragen bestens sich mit Spaghetti Kathmandu und nepalesischen Momos. Seit letztem Jahr führt der Nepalese Tshering Lama Sherpa (40) die Glungezer Hütte. Abseits vom Trubel liegt das beeindruckende Kleinod exponiert wie ein „Adlerhorst“ auf 2.610 m und ist mit 50 Schlafplätzen die höchstgelegene ÖAV Gipfelhütte Tirols und die höchste Hütte über dem Inntal.
Sabine Hager ist zu Tshering Lama Sherpa aufgestiegen und spricht mit ihm über sein Leben als Hüttenwirt, die Kraft der Berge und was Tiroler und Nepalesen verbindet.
