This trailer was inspired by an instagram follower who wanted to know how I use yoga to manage my own struggles. This trailer gives a quick overview of my process with breathing and mountain pose. Mountain pose gives me strength as I root down into my feet, turning on my muscles and taking up space. The pose along with breathwork helps alleviate my mental giants.
