O erro está em achar que liderança é cobrar só quando o resultado não vem. A responsabilidade começa muito antes: na escolha da pessoa certa, na clareza das expectativas, no apoio constante ao longo do caminho. Só assim a cobrança vira consequência natural, não explosão tardia.
Ser exigente não exclui humanidade. Escutar, orientar e dar transparência é o verdadeiro ato de respeito. O que não se pode é maquiar a realidade — porque esconder a verdade nunca ajudou ninguém a crescer.
