What's up, guys?! I'm so glad you are here for episode 2 of The Attachment Confessions – The Fearful Avoidant: How I Got Here.

We start episode 2 by doing a quick recap of the 4 attachment styles (Anxious Preoccupied, Dismissive Avoidant, Fearful Avoidant, and Securely Attached).

Then, things get pretty personal as I take you on a stroll down memory lane of how my FA attachment style formed in childhood. I open up about the traumatic situation that took place when I was in my early teens that went on to shape how I view and do relationships from that point forward. So, if you're an empath, grab a tissue and let's just get this over with, shall we?! *Cue the nervous-sweating emoji*
