About this listen

Spiritual Balance in a Busy World!

Andy Porter Psychic Surgeon trance channels his spirit guide "Chen" in this podcast covering spiritual balance in a technology filled world.

The Problem:

Think about your average day. The phone rings, emails keep coming in, notifications buzz, and even when you finally sit down, your hand reaches for your mobile almost automatically.

We are being constantly bombarded with mental intrusion advertising, headlines, reels, posts, and endless scrolling. And while technology connects us, it also crowds our inner world, leaving less room for peace.

This bombardment doesn’t just eat up time it contributes to stress, anxiety, and the rising wave of mental health struggles we’re seeing everywhere. Our spirit is quietly asking for a pause, but our environment is louder than ever.

Now, let’s take a step back remember the 1980s. There were no mobile phones in every pocket, no constant alerts or instant replies. If you wanted to call someone, you used the house phone. If you missed them, you tried again later.

There were natural rest periods for the mind built into everyday life. People read books, watched a TV program when it aired instead of binge-watching, or simply sat quietly.

Enjoy this podcast and let us know your thoughts!
