She's not the only one searching. A shadowy Collector has come to Riverbend, a man who desires the river's long-lost treasure for his own greedy reasons and will stop at nothing to claim it.
Teaming up with a grumpy old fisherman and a clever otter, Romy must race against time, solve the riddle of the Glow-Moss Grotto, and find a treasure that isn't made of gold. To save the town's most precious memory, the girl they call a rogue will have to become the hero they never expected.
