1️⃣ Daily Squats – 10 squats a day, using just your bodyweight. Builds hip and thigh strength while loading your bones.

2️⃣ Stair Climbing – Skip the elevator once a day. Stairs are one of the best natural bone-strengtheners out there.

3️⃣ Resistance Band Rows – Anchor a band to a doorknob, pull back, and squeeze your shoulder blades. This strengthens posture muscles and supports your spine.
