Im 2018 gründete Ali Abderrahmane zusammen mit seinem Schulfreund Burak Erkovan JUHI (kurz für „Jung hilft“) – nachdem beide bereits als Schüler über eBay-Kleinanzeigen Hilfsangebote für Senioren anboten und den hohen Bedarf an Alltagshilfen erkannten. Seitdem hat sich JUHI zu einem der führenden Anbieter für Alltagshilfen in Deutschland entwickelt. JUHI verbindet zwei Generationen, indem es jungen Menschen eine sinnvolle, flexible und fair bezahlte Tätigkeit bietet, während Senioren die nötige Hilfe im Alltag erhalten.
