Welcome to the very first episode of 2 Pals & a Pod!
We’re joined by Tan Safi, Gadigal-born, award-winning filmmaker, writer, and member of the Gaza Freedom Flotilla crew aboard the Handala. Tan and fellow crew members were abducted in international waters by Israeli authorities in July this year, as they attempted to bring aid into Gaza and break the illegal blockade.
Tune in as we explore Tan’s journey, what activism means in everyday life, who carries its weight, and how we can contribute in meaningful ways.
