The trainer who won The Grand National, The Cheltenham Gold Cup, The Irish 1000 gns, The King George VI chase four times with Desert Orchid and had 1,633 winners in total including 1146 on the flat and 487 on the flat. Oh and he also rode 31 winner over the jumps as a jockey before he took up training horses.
Racing Royalty is an apt description for a lovely man.
