Ten community college presidents of the Arizona Community College Coordinating Council (AC4) unanimously nominated Yavapai College President Dr. Lisa Rhine to represent the state’s community colleges on the Arizona Commerce Authority’s Board of Directors on August 22. Dr. Rhine is replacing Mohave Community College President Dr. Stacy Klippenstein.
