Jace recently concluded his service as a missionary in the Brazil Vitoria Mission and is currently studying at BYU. Commenting on a story that Elder Kim shared in this address about a woman who had to humble herself before moving forward with baptism, Jace related a similar experience he had with a man on his mission in Brazil. Jace said: "He became humble. He read his scriptures. He said his prayers. And while he was saying his prayers and reading his scriptures, he got an answer. And that really touched me - that really changed my life. As we were talking about being humble, Winston Felipe became humble in that moment. He realized that he knew the Church was true and the he needed just the leap of faith. And he took that leap of faith."Clay and Mitch identified the following invitations and shared how they will take action and how you could take action:1. "What can we do to not harden our hearts? First, we can practice daily repentance.... Second, we can practice humility.... Third, we can trust and rely on our Savior."2. "President Russell M. Nelson, taught: 'Repenting is the key to progress. Pure faith keeps us moving forward on the covenant path. Please do not fear or delay repenting. Satan delights in your misery. … Start today to experience the joy of putting off the natural man. The Savior loves us always but especially when we repent.'"3. "We [must] want to become humble before the Lord, like a little child who obeys their father.... Let us follow the example of our Savior, Jesus Christ, who followed the will of the Father."4. "Brothers and sisters, we've been given moral agency. We can choose to harden our hearts, or we can choose to soften our hearts.
