Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 This week i'm introducing Gerald. He’s the elephant that likes to sit on my chest whenever anxiety decides to crash the party. (10/10 would not recommend… except sometimes he weirdly helps me out...)

In this episode, I’m spilling on my own anxious quirks, from your classic overwhelm to turning a simple train ride home into a full-blown rom-com moment. Yep - anxiety actually set me up for a meet-cute that could’ve come straight out of Netflix.

We’ll laugh about the chaos, get real about what anxiety actually feels like, and share some simple ways to live with it (without letting Gerald take over your entire sofa). Because if we can’t joke about our spirals, what else are we supposed to do?
