It’s sobering to realize that the way we use our money is a reflection of our hearts. Are we eager to give for the sake of God’s glory, or are we more concerned with our own comforts? In this message from 2 Corinthians 8–9, we’re reminded that our giving should be an overflow of God’s grace in our lives. David Platt reminds us that we don’t give out of guilt or to reach some arbitrary amount. Rather, we give generously for the good of others because we want praise and thanksgiving to abound to God.
