Vocalist Ray West is the latest guest to join the We Talk Music podcast and it's a fun chat with a very interesting and well thought out man.
Ray West is best known as the lead singer of Spread Eagle, a hard rocking New York based Street Metal band who exploded onto the scene with their debut self titled album in 1990. With MTV support the band built a following that lasts to this day, and in fact in 2025 Spread Eagle is arguably hotter than ever with numerous shows booked in front of raucous audiences celebrating their 35th year anniversary.
We talk to Ray West about the band's trajectory, history and future plans, as well as about his awesome guest vocals on songs like "We Got To War" with Steve Gordon's M.I.A. project. It's great fun so give it a listen.
