The Galactic Open looms, and racing, it seems, is only half of the journey.
In a galaxy full of racers, Killian knows he can be one of the greats. In a desperate attempt to make something of himself, Killian will take on ruthless racers and deadly adrenalites to prove that he belongs. Running a rickety ship isn't exactly the way to move up in this world, but Killian will do his best while surviving on scraps and skill. Hoping to take the galaxy by storm, gain prestige, and devour all that the Galactic Circuit has to offer; Killian must embark on this dangerous trek or risk falling back into obscurity.
Meanwhile, Forge, a connection from Killian's past, struggles to come to terms with the death of his partner, Damien. Working with a broken soul and broken ship, Forge must prepare his cocky young protege for the Galactic Open while also fighting his own demons. Together, Forge and Killian will challenge everything the galaxy knows about what to expect from a racer and their team.
