今週はお便りから「伝統」を取り上げました。「伝統」というのは、伝統工芸や技能もあれば、「わが校の伝統」というようにも使われます。「伝統だから、大切に守らないといけない」と思いがちですが、”昔のまま”では今の時代には使いにくいかも。。。伝統を大切にするとはどういうことか、改めて考えてみました。
