TiGer's scriptural wisdom cuts through the gathering uncertainty: "Paul wrote that we're no longer strangers or foreigners, but fellow citizens with God's people. Each person brings something irreplaceable." Her words remind them that their different backgrounds aren't weaknesses—they're exactly what makes them capable of extraordinary things.

The breakthrough comes when Albie's intelligence reveals Walter's growing disillusionment with Miss Cripps. Their subtle campaign of recognition—planting observations about his dismissed contributions, acknowledging expertise Cripps takes for granted—begins bearing fruit. The Chief's engineering intuition, Roxy's relationship expertise, even Bran's own experience with failure—each contribution strengthens the whole.

Then Albie's urgent revelation shatters their celebration: "Captain Higgs has been observed speaking to her console even when no messengers were present. She's become increasingly detached, muttering to herself—or maybe to someone else."
