Esta vez con un impacto importante en el Transporte, y por tanto, en el uso de combustibles líquidos fósiles, su migración a biocombustibles, el vehículo eléctrico, etc. Pero, ¿tendremos una seguridad en el suministro de biocarburantes? ¿Impactará su consumo en el precio al usuario final? ¿es la Directiva realista o es un tiro en el pie?
