When she told her mom she wanted to take over operations of their convenience store at just 22 years old, she wasn't playing games.

She quickly gained insight from some of the best entrepreneurs she knew, including her father. She worked long nights and early mornings, pouring over data and analytics, driving this store to flourish with sheer will. She hired new staff, expanded services, patched revenue leaks...

And now, the store is a thriving hallmark of a small town community.
