e46 Soulful Sisterhood Series: Sisterhood as a Gift

In this episode of Sister Soul Care, we rest with the wisdom of Ecclesiastes 4:9–12: “Two are better than one…for if they fall, one will lift up the other.”

Through prayer, breath, and reflection, we remember that sisterhood is one of God’s greatest gifts. Sisters in Christ notice us when we feel unseen, lift us when we cannot stand, and remind us that life is not meant to be carried alone.

SoulWork Examen

  1. When has a sister reminded me I am not alone?
  2. What qualities do I most treasure in my sisters?
  3. How is God inviting me to be a gift of presence to another?

Soul Care Invitation

This week, during your quiet time, write a note or prayer of gratitude for a sister who has been God’s gift in your life. If you feel led, share it with her—or simply hold it before God in thanksgiving.

And if you’d like to carry this practice into community, join me for our next Sister Soul Care Live Session. Together we’ll create space to reflect, write, and pray as sisters in Christ.
