About this listen
I am myself surprised — it is actually happening!
The first interview within the long history of Profound Journey.
In this episode I am talking to my good friend Rick Jordan, a Sangha member of the Zen Buddhist group I started meditating with since my time in New Zealand started.
Together we dive into various realms of practise, Ricks personal story and path to meditation, our understanding of spirituality, the concept of self and how to continue inquiring the mind and our beingness in this physical realm — especially after gaining insight into the inherent emptiness of all the things we hold so dear in this world.
Enjoy!
