 This surprise Pop-Up is a reminder that life is too short for long pity parties. I open up about being sick, what my battle with COVID taught me about truly caring for my body, and why it’s so important to keep our soundtracks positive and life-giving.

You’ll hear me reflect on Jon Acuff’s wisdom from All It Takes Is a Goal and Soundtracks, and how I’ve learned to shorten my pity parties, shift my mindset, and show up with more humility and compassion for others. I also share from Bob Goff’s "Dream Big" and the ways God has used hard seasons to shape me into a more peaceful and less judgmental version of myself.

I also ask for prayers and support for my dear friends Beth and Ryan Mulvey. Ryan is fighting for his life right now, and Beth is fighting insurance battles just to get him the care he needs.
