About this listen
This episode does a deep dive into a systematic review and meta-analysis of qualitative evidence concerning barriers and enablers to exercise adherence in individuals with nonspecific chronic low back pain (CLBP). The study synthesizes perceptions and beliefs from 23 papers involving 677 participants, identifying four main themes: exercise, pain, and the body; psychological factors; social factors; and external factors.
