Certainly the best book I have ever read on this subject.
So interesting and well documented, to the point that I am planning to re-listen to this audio again.
Compliments also the narrator who makes this book easier and more enjoyable to listen to.

The book provided A good overview and information on autophagy. In line with others that I have read although there were a few new things for example the authors take on keto.

The biggest issue is with the narration. It really does feel like it is any computer generated voice rather than a real person. The only reason I assume it is a person is because there is a name listed otherwise you would be certain that it was just a voice like Siri. This made it hard to enjoy
