best series I have ever read with the exception of the soldier son series. the narrator was hard to get used to at first because of his plummy accent but his skill with voices lent a lot to the telling. loved it

the farseer trilogy is by far my favourite book series to date. Robin Hobb has such imaginative depth to her writing. her characters are so diverse and multifaceted. I truly believe she held nothing back from this dragon she created.
