Freedom

I needed a way to resolve things before they got too bad with my partner. This book completely helped me resolve the things that were going on between us. I made him listen to it as well and we both got a lot out of it. Going to listen to the one on Trust Issues next. Recommend.

Reduce that awful anxiety!

I was looking for something to reduce my anxiety that has only increased since I moved in with my significant other. This was it, apparently, it helped me see a lot of the reasons why I felt the way I did. Awesome book. Good narrator.
