Die Autoren:
Diplom Psychologe Rudolf Krefting ist praktizierender Psychotherapeut in eigener Praxis. Seit 1979 leitet er Seminare für entspanntes Fliegen, die er inhaltlich wesentlich mitgestaltet hat. Bis jetzt hat er etwa 300 Seminare mit über 3.000 Teilnehmern erfolgreich betreut.
Ahmet Bayaz arbeitete 15 Jahre als Journalist beim Süddeutschen Rundfunk in Stuttgart. Bis 2003 war er Vorstandsvorsitzender des Deutsch-Türkischen Forums und erhielt im selben Jahr für seine Tätigkeit die Bosch-Medaille der Robert-Bosch-Stiftung. Er ist Autor zahlreicher Artikel und Sendungen über Flugangst.
