I still haven’t picked up a cigarette, this is written in such a way that you don’t realise when exactly you switch off to cigarettes… points out the facts and allows you to make the decision when you’re truly ready to quit!

I started this in audio form 2 weeks ago. Since then I have been through the book three times. I was a heavy smoker (30+ per day, 18 years) and this book has convinced me to stop, no two ways about it.

This book succinctly explains how pretty much all smokers only smoke to get to the drug, nicotine, that it really doesn't do anything for you at all only harms you, pretty much every smoker, if they're honest with themselves, don't actually enjoy cigarettes and the book does very well to discuss how the entire time you smoke, you're chasing a "normal" feeling that non smokers have 24/7.

Still early days for me (4th day now), but at the moment, I'm feeling a very steely resolve in the absence of my desire for a cigarette. I've found it very easy despite the depths of my addiction. Having the trap explained to you and rewiring your brain away from the lies and brainwashing that society places around smoking, this book will help most of you, I truly believe that. If you're looking at this book, you've decided enough is enough and you WANT to quit. Have an open mind, listen/read multiple times if you need to and you could very well be staring down a life changing experience.

Smoked for 20 years and desperately wanted to quit but my husband wasn’t ready yet. I had so many worries and concerns on how to navigate our journey but this book gives you all the answers even to questions you didn’t know you had. Empowers you to quit and doesn’t bore you with ‘you will die’ or anything like that. It truly is about reprogramming your brain. I’m far from impressionable - but this worked for me, tremendously! Highly recommend.
