The cover art and title initially made me skip over this book, however, my curiosity about what type of happiness this author is selling got the better of me. This is not because I generally feel unhappy but because I work with a lot of people who live in a state of dissatisfaction.
The author educates the listener on life’s challenges and how these can impact an individual and describes techniques to obtain internal peace. While the author’s audience is primarily women, the information is valuable to all.
Listening to this book takes you on a journey that can help develop kindness, curiosity, and a love of life. This work is inspiring and if you find any parts of it annoying be curious as to why.
