I love Deepak. Everything he delivers and shares, speaks to me in so many ways. This book is simple, creative and constructive. Enjoyed the exercises, quizzes, meditations etc. Just found the narration a bit slow, this time around, a bit monotonous to stay engaged on an auditory level. I much prefer Deepak's more " lecture, podcast, conversational" narrations, for ease of listening. Brilliant stuff all the same.

Comprehensive manual..but I believe it could have been half the length as some of the details were not really necessary..but a good read for sure..
