Some things are best left undisturbed....

Necromancers, revenants, even a summoned demon or two - they're all in a day's work for the men of the Echo Team and their enigmatic leader Cade Williams. But nothing could prepare them for the fury they are about to face....

When a Jesuit priest wanders out of the New Mexico desert, telling wild stories about a secret research installation and bloodthirsty demons hunting through its halls, the Echo Team is called in to deal with the situation. Their orders: investigate the facility, determine exactly what happened there, and deal with any infernal presence that might exist.

But the being they encounter there, beneath the desert sands, has found a way to break the bonds of hell itself and doesn't plan on going back easily. This time, their foe might prove to be too much for even the best the Templars have to offer.

Joseph Nassise, The New York Times best-selling author of The Heretic, presents the thrilling new Templar Chronicles urban fantasy audiobook featuring Knight Commander Cade Williams and the men of the Echo Team. Don't miss it!

Action packed story!

The second book on the Templar Chronicles builds on the Echo Team’s success from the first book. This episode follows Cade’s team as the try to learn what happened to one of the church’s archeologists. Along with being action packed this story is filled with paranormal occurrences as well as some religious history. Once again Jarret Lemaster’s narration really brings the story alive.

What an adventure!

I would give both the author and narrator much higher than 5 stars if I could! I was drawn into the story from the first sentence and could not stop listening! The story was fully fleshed out and the characters seemed to be cut from real life. You will not be disappointed with this series, and I suggest starting at the beginning and hanging on for the adventure!

Wow! Really kept me listening.

Words do not do justice to this review I’m trying to write. I’m having a hard time writing it without spoilers. It was so amazing! It reads like an action packed Christian fiction, but if I say that, we have readers who steer clear thinking it would be preachy. I’m here to tell you , this isn’t the case. There are creatures the team must deal with. Only their weapons that are old holy artifacts that have been blessed really work well. We see Kade sort of grow more powerful. And what’s up with Riley? He went all badass on the otherworldly creature. Listen to this audiobook. The narrator is so amazing with different voices. I can’t wait for the next one. I really like how the author used scripture in the story. And how the creatures had come through the veil, (Nassise, forgive me if I’ve told this wrong. ) Gosh I love this series.
