Really enjoyed this little listen. I've slways enjoyed more sleep time than my Mum & my Husband, this backs me up!! Everyone is so different & sometimes I'm so different. I am not apposed to the odd night going to bed @ 8pm yet often I can work well up until midnight & be fine the next morning. None of these facts were rocket science to me but so great to have a refresher. Common sense delivered in a pleasant way. Now to listen to rolling ocean waves. zzzzzzzzzzz 😊 Kelly
