We bought the old version of this book when our son was 3 yrs old and I was pregnant with our 2nd child. Our little boy was a gorgeous child but I was struggling with every daily task like getting out of the house or dealing with supermarket meltdowns. Our son’s behaviour improved after just 10 days of following this programme - and he is now a terrific, well-behaved 12yr old with exceptional academic results. We credit Dr Phelan for some our son’s academic success as the routines we have established early on have served our son and our family to this day. We began using 123 Magic with our daughter when she turned 2 and the programme worked for teaching her!’

I didn’t like how this book was written- lots of great practical examples, but so repetitive.

This book may help with neuro typical children but I did not find it very helpful at all for my 4 year old with ADHD

This is an incredible book, but incredibly irritating to listen to when the narrator has a freakin whistle in his mouth... couldn't finish the book, it's so aggravating that this guy should have received a straight to 3 (timeout) before even started reading the book. Lucky enough I didn't paid for this book as I got it as my free trial for auditable, however if that's the standard for auditable, I'd be canceling my subscription before they charge me.
